Could Ward win a title at cruiserweight?

If he moved up to cruiser weight why would he fight rakhim, a european non title holder?
hed probably fight huck or jones, snatch a title and move back down.

don't think so
most CW's are smallish HW's, the CW range is big and most push it
couldn't see Ward being effective higher than about 180
and even at that, the extra size would blunt his speed and footwork
we haven't even seen Ward at LHW yet, CW is too bold right now
