Comments Thread For: Juanma Admits Garcia Fight is "Life and Death" Bout

Former two-division world champion Juan Manuel Lopez (33-2, 30 KO's) admits his June 15th bout, against undefeated WBO featherweight champion Mikey Garcia (30-0, 26 KO's), is a "life and death" battle at this point of his career. Juanma suffered two knockout defeats to Orlando Salido and came back with two quick wins. Now he returns to the featherweight limit of 126-pounds to face the rising star Garcia.

Garcia by stoppage. Juanma couldn't take Salido's offense, Garcia has way too many tools for him.

Wont it get interesting if Juanma lands something Big and wobbles Mikey in the early rounds? I say early because we all know Juanma is literally under a death clock in this fight after the 4th he is dead meat the punishment accumulation will start to show, all thanks to his great face roll defense which is kind of like the shoulder roll except you catch the punches with your face.
