You need speed, you need athleticism and you need a good jab. Slow, flat footed brawlers/punchers are food and drink for Floyd Mayweather. I would have thought that much would obviously.

I guarantee you that Khan would win more rounds at least, in fact I'd be willing to bet Garcia and Mathysse wouldn't win a single round between them.
Do you really believe this??To the first part of your post..

to your second point, you don't believe a young pressure fighter with ring I.Q.could do a better job then JLC??I'm a believe in Matt's as a fighter right now..He is extremely dangerous for anybody 140lb to 147lb..

I'll take that bet..Easy money,Khan is not winning more rds then either Garcia or Matt's..

A knockout is not out of the question but it'd probably come late if he were able to figure out Khan and start breaking him down.

Garcia would be the easiest fight. There would be nothing for Floyd to have to adjust to. It would be target practice from round 1.
Floyd's accurate punching =Khan early exit..

        Yes because it's true.

People using the Castillo fight as a reference are dumb. Floyd showed in the second fight how he adjusted and won quite comfortably.

How many fighters have tried to use that as a blueprint over the years against Mayweather? Pressure fighters are not going to beat Mayweather.

Floyd isn't a puncher though. He's not going to badly hurt Khan with one shot, which is mostly what he throws these days. He'd have to break him down.

It's incredible that people now think that anyone who isn't Malignaggi could knock Khan out early. Such ******ity

Floyd is a hard enough puncher to Seriously hurt Khan early and make the ref stop the fight..I also believe he could one shot Khan where Khan does not make the count..Khan has been hurt early by way lesser fighters then Mayweather..

Khan fighting behind a disciplined jab could accomplish something, but he's not going to fight like that. He wants to throw combinations and it's difficult to do that against Floyd without getting caught in between those shots. When you add Khan's suspect chin, he could get hurt with something that guys like Ortiz/Guerrero were able to walk through. Floyd did stun Ortiz and Guerrero at some point, and I think he'd do the same to Khan.

I couldn't choose since none of their styles will pose a problem for Floyd whatsoever. I think Canelo is a tough fight just in terms of his youth and raw hunger. Floyd's good but if he should get caught with something, a legend will be born.

Khan has been hurt early by guys who are pure punchers. Mayweather's power is probably only slightly greater than someone like Lamont Peterson's who hit Khan several times cleanly and couldn't seriously hurt him. I don't think Mayweather has ever one-shotted a fighter to KO. Maybe in his early days.

Willie Limond? LOL...you have to go to 135 when Khan was a kid. And he never seriously hurt Khan.

                      When did Molina hurt Khan?

Julio Diaz has something like 30 KOs in 40 fights. He can punch. He didn't seriously hurt Khan with the KD, it was a flash.
