Why was Ali vs Foreman such a BIG upset?
I mean, Ali was already one of the greatest boxers ever at that time, he beat like the best boxers he could beat. Why was the world so shocked? I wouldn't of been that suprised at that time.

Tyson vs Douglas and Lewis vs Rahman were the biggest i think.

Because Foreman was supposed to be invincible at the time, nobody expected Ali to last a few rounds with him. Frazier and Norton beat Ali, Foreman destroyed them

I think Foreman-Frazier must of been a pretty big upset, I mean what Foreman actually did to him.. was like a man against a boy.

yeah, i was speaking to my dad once about the Frazier Vs Foreman fight. He said he remembered at the time it was really big news and kinda made Foreman into this invincible creature. Frazier was a very dominant champion if you consider who he beat and for foreman to come in and bounce Frazier around the ring. it was a huge upset!

Frazier actually had a sense of invincibility about him before the Foreman fight.
