    Just make the fight happen
This is one of the few compelling opponents for Wlad right now

RUSADA's laboratory director in Moscow (largest one in the country and what would be used for this fight) is Grigoriy Rodchenkov and his Sister was just convicted of selling illegal PEDs and anabolic steroids.

Combined that with Ryabinskiy who is VP of the Russian Pro Boxing Federation and the co-promoter for this fight after spending 23 Million of his own money to get it there are some potentially worrying conflicts of interest here.

^^^ Just ask this guy - Russians can't be trusted when money is involved.

Does anyone know where Wlad got tested when he didn't fight in Germany?

This fight is not going to happen, too many bloody politics involved. Sucks being a fan when it's like this.
