The guy is just trying to get himself out there and recognized, he will practically fight anyone, but is just taking the chance at calling out big names so he can get some more spotlight and be better known to improve his career. He went from ESPN fights to demolishing Bradley, and he knows that he has to be a bit more active within the community to seize the opportunities to keep himself and his family comfortable money wise.

He's a very kind guy with a nice set of skills who is new to the spotlight, but knows he has to put himself out there, I don't think he would beat Mayweather, but you can't fault him for wanting to try.

Provodnikov is not a good boxer. He's all power and zero skills. I still have no idea why Bradley decided to get into a slugfest with this guy. He gave him confidence he cannot live up to. Put him in with a real contender and he loses for sure.
