Most fighters are more exciting than mayweather, the guy hardly ever throws a combination.

Secondly, you need to educate yourself in boxing. Look at Mayweather at !30 and 135.. The guy was a buzzsaw. As he's aged and the guys outweigh him by 10-20 lbs he's had to make adjustments especially with his hands the way they are. Floyd's never weighed in over 150 on fight night, there's guys at 140 who would outweigh him even now!

Compare that to Broner who at 135 weighed in slightly over 150 against Rees, and you see a big difference. But the 130-135 lb Mayweather was not only more aggressive than Broner, he was infinitely more skilled and mobile.
I've post this before...Michael Jordan didn't keep trying to dunk on everybody as he got older...he adjusted and became smarter and more fundamentally sound. That's why (one of my fav fighters ever) guys like RJJ can't compete at a high level now...athleticism fades, smarts don't! Can't base your fighting style on reckless aggression and punching power if you want to last in ANY sport.

Broner has no choice but to go for it in his fights
playing SWF with Floyd can only take him so far
he needs to up the action in his fights to keep people interested
Floyd can draw with casuals even if he doesn't thrill
Broner can't, and he's much more hittable anyway

I'm beginning to like Broner quite a bit. Though against limited opposition, his fights are usually entertaining and ending with a KO. However, don't forget that Floyd used to be the same when he was fighting in the lower weights. He used to have a good KO%. He could probably still make lightweight, but is fighting guys struggling to make 154 and 145. When Broner starts fighting regularly at WW which he will in a year or two we'll see how his power translates. But I like him at this stage.
