You have a source to this, because from what I've read...there was literally nothing pointing towards Broner on the refusal. I'm certain Malignaggi would have been mouthing off if that were the case.

FightHype, Broner's handlers (Al Haymon and co) were ready to cancel the fight if Paulie continued to insist on there being VADA testing. They told Paulie if he wants VADA, there is no fight.

The way it works as you naturally grow from small to bigger and you keep your body in a set area it stays within the area , once you open the door and let the weight go with more eating and training it builds on its self and you can rarely go back to when the bulk wasnt there ,

In no way does it mean he was cutting beforehand because before the muscle was built , his body wasnt aloud to build the bulk , until now , all these guys from these smaller division that jump up its the same deal , only now everybody in here screams Roids as soon as they see some muscle bulk lol .

The difference between Vada and USADA is that USADA will give you notice first before they annouce that you failed a test and try to save the card.

VADA does not protect your right to privacy and will just announce the failed test without cause. Conte was some how an advisor for VADA so you know they can't be trusted.

Maybe I'm wrong on both accounts, but that is how I feel lol...
