Both of these fighters are not elite good but not great an honestly a win over cotto in my eyes is lik a win over mosley....one of those good names to put on ur resame but not takin to the next level cuz cotto is past his prime not done yet but about two fights away from holding the cotto name as a super fighter an three from being done.
