[Zelong Dong]

I was pretty stoked about this kid, 21yr old Jorge Silva when he fought Alfredo Angulo and lost in obvious fashion. Despite being out-weighed by 10 lbs on fight night (Jorge moved up in weight), having little to no amateur background, a pro debut at 16 and then at 20yrs take an incredible beating from Angulo and still throwing crisp punches.

Who is this kid? All I could pick up was, he's involved with the Morales family, some reminds me El terrible and even from Tijuana.

I liked his style and craftiness and when I heard about the personal connection with Morales. I knew I had to find more tape on this kid but there's not too much out there. Would like to see him make some good moves in boxing and hopefully some noise at Welterweight.

Anyways I was just wondering if anyone had info. they know about Jorge

Dont know much about him, but he did put on a spirited effort vs AA..

I think he will improve if he gets the right training camp and managers/promoters behind him, like Gabe rosado and carlos molina have alot of tough losses but have gradually improved and become legit contenders

I did a little research and found out he's promoted by Golden Boy.
