The point is that Hatton would get a point or two deducted and would not continue fighting dirty, at which point Tszyu could turn the fight. After that deliberate low blow from Hatton and ref not even issuing a warning for that, Tszyu just gave up IMO.Comment

No, it's a bull**** thread. It's been done to death, and it's just an excuse for Hatton-haters and PBF-huggers to get together in a thread and bump penises.Comment

I went with hard to tell because I thought Kostya would win but he did not really look like himself throughout that fight I think the starting time of the fight may have factored in and the fact that he did not train late he just winged it that night.Hatton is a monster though so he may have been the reason KZ did not look as good as we have seen him in the past.I would not rule out that it may have been different had it been in the states but I won't take anything away from Hattons victory either.Comment

Looks like we have a Hatton nuthugger here. I don't care either way for Hatton or Tyzu. I just presented something Greg Leon said at Btalk.

it wasnt a premature stoppage nor was it a controversial decision. the ref went to the corner and the corner wanted to stop it and so the ref stopped it.
it was the corner's doing, not the refs or the judges.
same outcome.Comment

if you rewatch the fight both fought dirty. hatton was allowed to get away with a lot more then tszyu.
but when tszyu was getting the best of hatton on the inside hatton would obviously nod to parris and parris would stop the action.thats fckng pathetic.what would of happened if tszyu was allowed to win on the inside instead of being broken up?
and yes tszyu after getting hurt and frustrated he did give up.
this fight was close enough on the scorecards that i have to think that if it was fought in u.s. or australia the outcome would have been different.
just watch the fight again.Comment
