JAMES DeGALE has hit out at the hate-filled critics who constantly hound him on Twitter.

The 2008 Olympic middleweight gold medallist has lost just one of his 16 professional contests but has still to win over his critics.

He fights for the second time in 22 days when he meets Croatian Stjepan Bozic, 38, at Glow in Kent on Saturday, screened live on Channel 5.

DeGale defeated Sebastien Demers in Canada last month and now has a quickfire ring return against Bozic.

If you're calling the likes of Carl Froch, a well respected fighter who's earnt his praise, then you best be doing your talking in the ring too. He's been on channel 5, he'll have got a lot of good exposure and people obviously aren't high on what they see despite all these claims DeGale makes.

Do yourself a favour, let your work in the ring do the talking.
