Garcia went life and death with a much older Judah who was out the ring for a year and actually engaging too.

while i can see why you'd have issues with the matthysse groundswell in NSB after the peterson fight, and the much worse reaction to the dallas jr fight, i think he's a better boxer than maidana by a lot.
matthysse's got intelligent offense. he lets you know he's still human every once in a while by getting hit cleanly, or throwing himself to the ground with a big miss, but his offense is leagues beyond maidana, who is nothing more than a brute on the world level.
i think maidana is a harder puncher on a heavybag or a mitt. matthysse has infinitely better timing and set up, which is why he knocks guys out and lands bigger punches. maidana just hopes that you throw with him and he tries to land. matthysse knows how to back a guy to the ropes and throw smart combinations with full power, and it's usually a strategy that he's able to implement over many rounds.
i can see mathysse making a real run as a world champion. maidana will run into a good boxer who can take his punch and lose every time. matthysse will, and has knocked a lot of those guys out.Comment

Yet you're on the Garcia hype train. You call Lucas a hype job and bum, yet he has better wins then Garcia, and has been a monster since the devon fight, which u admit he won. Scoring boxing isnt really an opinion when one guy is landing all the clean effective punches. Picking Judah because you hate the other guy is how you scored the fight.Comment
