I truly believe Canelo will catch Floyd with a straight right or left that's gonna hurt him. And unlike how shane hurt floyd slightly but went for the kill and gassed in the 2nd round, I see Canelo hurting Floyd at one time but being patient and waiting to box the full 12 rounds. I then see Canelo catching floyd with another shot in the later rounds, hurting him, and finishing him. Whether this happens or not, will be answered on Sept 14th. No doubt this fight is intriguing which makes it a MEGA FIGHT. And I believe in Canelo because I've watched his last 7 fights and each fight he's shown me improvement in each of them. Some bring up the Gomez fight and that Canelo got hit and is vulnerable, but let not forget, Canelo demonstrated a new style (Floyd shoulder roll, which Canelo verbally stated that he admired Floyds style and thought it was the best out there. Another sign that Canelo is truly a student of the game) that night and he was practicing with it. And I think Canelo was like 21 years old that night. To me it wasn't a good style for Canelo but Canelo was still effective. Fact of the matter is this. Canelo is legit and is improving his craft every fight and will be pound for pound fighter in the world one day. I've been telling every friend and family member who follows boxing every so often for the last 3 years that Canelo is the next Mega Star in Boxing and will be the next ppv king in the sport that will break all records. Sept 14th is when it happens!!!!!

hey goldenchamp. nothing wrong with dreaming.you said that you see this and you see that and you truely believe this and that. don't forget that alvarez is fighting the smartest,most athletic,and most skilled fighter of this era.alvarez better be ready for boxing to every sense of the word.because its coming.

I wish you were right man but I just don't see that. I don't even find this fight as being intriguing. It is obvious from the way Canelo struggled against Trout that he isn't on that level yet. I see Floyd sitting on the outside throwing potshots and Canelo unwilling to throw anything back. I see this fight as being a huge mismatch.

I love Zaragoza, but he will have to do more to reach Chavez Sr's status.

Your not hearing what he is saying , he means as in overnight superstar capturing the imagination of the Mexican people , I think with the internet age if Canelo wins it will be massive for his career and his fan base will explode , Floyd is the biggest scalp in boxing .
