WHo do you think will have better performance...

Chavez Jr got beat up for 11 rounds, never took a step back, and almost stopped Serg..

Can Canelo do better than that....

Better than getting whipped for 11 rounds straight then knocking him down after he beats his ass...

I'm sure Canelo might manage to win a round somewhere.

Yes but Chavez Jr almost won.. If this was a 15 round fight Chavez probably stops him.

Dont be so sure Canelo wins a few rounds..
I thought the same about the Ghost fight and Corrales fight.
Floyd got a nasty habit of shutting guys down every round, and he will def be bringing his A-game vs canelo

Floyd has lost about 7 or 8 rounds at jmw out of 24 (which is very good by the way). I think Ginger will get a few. Chavez really didn't do anything at all aside from round 12. Then when Sergio got up he started busting up Chavez some more. If Floyd shuts Canelo down completely, I will be really impressed.

If it was a 15 round fight Martinez would not have been showboating and would have been more cautious.

I'd like to think Canelo will bring more than Chavez but he needs to throw caution to the wind.

Canelo will do worse because cherrypicker doesn't take risks

Good point.. Serg fought like a man possessed that night and was clearly not going to be denied. It was one of the greatest Championship defense i have seen in awhile,

I sure hope Canelo does better than that because I bet $500 on him to win and I'll make $1150 if he wins. I think Canelo will win and possibly win by KO. The pro odds makers give Canelo a good shot at winning. Floyd is only a 2.5 to 1 betting favorite and that's the closest the odds on a Mayweather fight have been since he fought Oscar. Floyd is usually a 5 to 1 or a 6 or 7 to 1 favorite.

I'm pretty sure Canelo will win more rounds than Chavez, but that's not saying much. Will there be some dramatic momentum change like there was in Chavez/Martinez? Doubt it.
