The Championships Committee of the World Boxing Association has issued an order for the start of negotiations between Ryo Miyazaki (19-0. 11KOs) and Jesus Silvestre (27-3, 20KOs), to define the absolute minimu weight champion of the WBA. Miyazaki is the regular champion, while Silvestre is the interim-beltholder. The two sides have until June 30th to reach a deal or head to a purse bid.
