I definitely picked Haye to win, easily aswell.
Me too. I thought it would be a good fight though . . I remember being really sad when it got canceled.

Of course, knowing what I know today, I would pick Fury.

    . . .

And for what it's worth, just want to say that linking to this post in that other thread wasn't meant to expose anybody who voted for Haye in the poll. It's actually praise for Tyson Fury because so many of us doubted him, but he beat the odds over and over again on his way up the rankings.

Funny thing is that even though I'm a known Wilder fan, I voted for Fury to beat Klitschko in the polls. Not because I was confident in that outcome, but because I didn't like Wladimir's jab-n-grab style and wanted one of the new heavyweights to end his reign. I also voted for Wilder to knockout Klitschko if that fight ever happened. Fury was always highly entertaining on the mic . . I knew he would bring a lot of fans to boxing, and I was really happy the day he beat Klitschko.

When I first read the post I thought how could anyone think that fight would be next, but then I remembered how silly boxing can be, you can't rule anything out haha

Yeah predictable from Haye after his fight. No shame lol
