Donaire was so badly outclassed in that fight that he needs to fight a couple of other guys and earn the rematch imo. He needs to demonstrate that he wouldn't just get dominated even more thoroughly in a rematch.

As for me, I think Donaire would fair better in a rematch. All the greats lose but come back to avenge. I feel Donaire is great so he would fair better. However I can't say that he wins because the style match up is all wrong for him.
