Fury's beaten 3 top 20 HW's, Haye has beaten one top 5 HW, 1 borderline top 10 HW, and one or arguably two other top 20HW's. They've both either been rocked, knocked down, or barely won some of their biggest fights. When you add it all up rationally, Haye should be the slight favorite, no more.

Of course, he could fight Adamek, which would be disappointing, but frankly, not a huge difference. I'd go from having Fury a slight underdog against Haye to a slight favorite against Adamek.

Of course, if he fights anyone else he should be run out of the division considering all his boasts.
I cannot believe I am going to do this. But here goes I am going to defend David Haye. Haye's resume at cruiserweight blows away anything that Fury has done period, and so does his fights at HW. And if Haye fights Fury I for one will be rooting for David to take Fury out in spectacular fashion.

Agree in principle. But man, Fury is super hittable even for guys smaller, much slower than Haye. Yeah if he can somehow make it to the late rounds, Haye could be having issues, but it's so unlikely.

Or maybe he is just speaking the truth...the fights aren't commercially viable.

Did you say the same when Haye announced he was fighting Manuel Charr? At least Adamek is a Top 10 HW (top 5 with Ring and ESPN).

            Fury is 23 years old.

Justified if he fights Haye, but I don't think fat Mick is silly enough to put him in there with a guy who'd be strongly favoured to render Fury senseless. They'll most likely go with the easier, less dangerous option in Adamek, who's arguably lost his last two and is clearly on the decline.

I was not the one stating that Fury and Haye's resumes are in some way equal. To me that is just an idiotic statement regardless of how old Fury happens to be. I also believe that Fury's age doesn't matter because I am convinced that if he is still fighting when he is 28 or 30 or even 35 years old he will still suck.

Fury is a a joke, he should be a comedian instead of a boxer.

Haye is going to put a worse whooping on him than he did Valuev.

The Sun reports that David Haye vs. Tyson Fury "is virtually certain" to take place this autumn.
