How does Lucas win with those ugly looping shots??

First of all, I like Lucas but he is very wild and just swings for the fence. I think a great counter puncher can put him to sleep. Danny Garcia just might be able to land the vicious counter hook. Surly Garcia is not going to go toe to toe .....he's just going to try and counter. Thoughts?

Against boxers with good defensive skills he doesnt win. No coincidence he couldnt blast out Judah and Alexander like he did Peterson.

Lucas has ugly looping shots...Danny Garcia doesn't.

Very true. Luckily for him there aren't many defensive wizards at 140. I don't care though I love seeing him work.

I think his wildness is overstated. In the first KD against Peterson, the straight right to the body followed by the left hook up top was sweet. It was textbook in my opinion. Then in the 2nd KD, Lucas' hook was short and compact. It was a thing of beauty. Plus he's heavy handed so he doesn't have to land cleanly to hurt someone. We'll see what happens with Lucas at 147 but 140 should be his for the taking. And I really do like Danny Garcia. I just can't see him winning at the moment. Should be a tough fight though.

He won both those fights in reality. Unfortunately he needed a KO to win them on the scorecards.

I don't think he is wild or wide at all, where are people getting that from watching his fights? And why does everyone points to the Judah and Alexander fight for everything that might look negative surrounding the guy? Facts are he has improved a lot since those fights even though you can make a case for him winning those fights too.
