if Canelo lets FLOYD clinch all night it's over. especially after a lead right, and when against the ropes.

he needs to duck the lead right and counter in bunches, and when gay is on the ropes.. Canelo needs to keep distance and attack the body, arms anywhere, do not let gayweather clinch.

    and it might be interesting.

And he's got to prepare himself very well because Floyd is very good at chess. Letting your punches go against floyd is unefficient. Against him you must find the right times to throw the right shots and combos.
Canelo has superior speed to Mayweather? LOL.

I think he meant that Canelo has enough speed to compete against Floyd [speed for speed]. At the end of the day, Canelo has heavy feet and tends to move his left foot forward before he throws and that will have an effect on his timing against Floyd.

Yes, Mayweather isn't that explosive anymore. That said, it doesn't mean that Canelo is more skilled.

What the hell are you smoking, man? I think Canelo looks more explosive when he throws combos compares to the way Floyd throws combos, but there are a lot of fighters out there who throws combos faster than Floyd. Floyd still has a much quicker one punch release than Canelo and when you combine that with his timing, he'll be able to get his punches off first.

Canelo is faster with the combos and more explosive, but like the poster above said, Floyd is really quick and releasing single shots and getting back into position. I think Canelo's combos to the body might trouble Floyd big time.

The only reason Floyd looks a bit slow and stiff when he throws combos is because he focuses more on precision punching at placing his punches at the right spots instead of going balls to the wall by throwing combos at a faster pace just to land a few and gets countered in the process. In other words, he's very cautious about everything he does inside the ring.

If the Canelo vs Lanardo Tyner fight is any indication, I think we'll see something similar but with more speed from Floyd. Tyner was hitting Canelo with bad intentions.

De LaHoya and Mosley able 2 help Canelo?

How important is it that Canelo will be helped in training by two guys who were both in with Mayweather?
