What Way Did U 1st Hear Of The Fight?

was it from the Floyd release and did you just assume 154? Im asking that to say if you heard from the jump yesterday that it was at 152, would you have been as sour about it as you were when you thought it was 154 and then found out it was 152?

I dont think most would have. I think Floyd or whoever, shouldve made that clear in the 1st statement. If they had then I think the backlash would be cut in half.

Even now I think it will drop alot. I think it will be the 3 phases. Excitment, then dissapointment/mad, and when you come down from that you will be pumped for the fight again. I think it was just more of the fact that you initally thought it was 154 so it left a bad taste but you will eventually go back to feeling like you did when you 1st heard it was made.

All in all I think its fine. As I said, 22 pounds is a huge difference. Canelo is still young enough where it shouldnt be as hard to lose it. I remember Floyd back in the day saying he would come to 128 to fight Naz.

I think cw's can be overrated. I think we get a kick out of the cw king thing but in reality, most of the times people only remember did you win or lose and you will get the benefit of doubt. I think either Floyd dominates so much that everyone will say the 2 pounds wouldnt have mattered anyways or he will win a super close fight in which everyone will wanna see a rematch at 154 which would be more big money so it should all workout.

As soon as i heard the fight i initially thought 154 and was shocked the fight had been made, i saw Canelo being too strong for Mayweather. I then came on the NSB forums and found out more details of the fight, it does seem a lot like Pacquiao - Cotto and i cant see Alvarez sustaining a good fight pace for 12 rounds at this weight, Mayweather will beat him 8 rounds to 4 on the cards dominating the latter stages of the fight

I was watching the Blackhawks game then my friend texted me. So I went on Twitter and NSB and figured it was true. When I heard it was at a catchweight my first thought was "that faggot is trying to drain him", still my thought today.

I first heard when i woke up this morning and was buzzing then i went on here and found out it was at 152 and was disappointed tbh. I just hope the drop dont affect Canelo that much.

I had a feeling there would be a catchweight when I read it, especially after Mayweather saying he wanted at 147 at first... no way he would totally give up on his demand for Canelo to drop some weight for the fight.

in before guys with 20+ pound size advantages cry about a loss. Let Floyd fight someone who is 130 on fight night and see what happens. There is no excuses for losing to someone 20 pounds smaller than you. None

I saw he had posted it on Twitter, I literally dropped my pants and started jerking off on the spot (a bit awkward for those around me I admit.)

Then I found out about the lame catchweight and was slightly turned off, but still finished the job like a pro.
