Makes perfect sense to put it as the co-feature. Especially if the expected happens and Lucas sparks him. Floyd could potentially be set up as the legitimate 140, 147, 154 lb champion all at the same time.

Although Matthyse V Garcia is a headline fight in it's own right, If the winner could be in line for Mayweather, it's makes a lot of sesne to put it on the undercard. Matthyse and Garcia are only really known within the boxing world, some casuals are not even that aware of them, so giving them exposure on a Mayweather undercard which casuals will be tuned into whilst letting people know that both could be Floyd's next opponent will get them on peoples radar. So maybe for a couple of weeks in September it makes business sense to keep them apart, in the long run it probably makes more business sense to put them on the undercard, assuming the winner will fight Floyd next of course..
If neither are lined up for Floyd and they're still on the undercard, i'm not gonna complain, who doesn't wanna be entertained?

if this is true, i'll be bringin a bunch of people to the fight, since me and my pops and a couple friends already go watch floyd fights at the local movie theater, guessing the tickets will be at least $30 (they were $25 for may/guerrero)

I personally think the fight will take place a different night anyway.
