only nuthuggers will defend this if true
152 makes sense, as i stated in another thread, floyd is linear champ at welterweight, canelo is linear champ at 154, it makes sense to mee tin the middle. chavez ans whitaker did the exact same thing because of the circumstances. thats actually happened alot.

better than 147.... but everybody will be calling weightdrain after the fight. Canelo couldn't even make weight for his title fight

You know the best thing about this? Once the ginger gets schooled he'll be the one begging for title shots. Unless he gets pampered again of course...

Even though Canelo weighed in at 153 at the weigh in vs Austin Trout, I myself, believe this extra pound will be too much. Also lets not dismiss all the inexperience that Canelo has against elite competition.

            This just ain't right.

****** comment. Even if he loses he still raises his profile. He will still be in the championship picture and will still be able to chose his opponents.
At best he wins and becomes the new boxing cash cow.
At worse he loses but is still young and in a few years people will chalk up this loss to inexperience.
Could also be a close fight and fans will want a rematch on cinco de drinko 2014 that could break records.
