So, what demand is Canelo making exactly?? To fight a 154lb champ at 154?? Is that the (demand) ts is speaking of??

I think what he's trying to say is that Canelo has to beat Berto first

In this era of boxing and the landscape at 154-147 looking how it looks I'll say yes. There isnt much solid competition here, everyone who would have made it to top here would be under scrutiny of not doing enough, there isnt much High End Talent here, someone had to fill the void and canelo did. He took the short cut route cause he had the right fan base behind him, Lara, Vanes giving all the opurtunity canelo had still wouldent be 1/10th the draw canelo is right now. Canelo is the product of weak divisions and the way boxing is ran as a buisness. Same reason Guerrero got a shot, right fan base and just the way boxing is ran as a buisness.

Very true only true fighters I see that may carry on the sport right now is. Canelo, Thurman, Broner, lucas Tim but they are both 30, Ward in pfp but no competition. Rios good wars, but he has few options now. Yea the sport ain't looking to good.
