There was a experiment done to see if plaster of paris can even be beneficial to a fighter and after the first punch landed in this experiment with the plaster of paris it breaks apart and crumbles up.

This coupled with the District Attorney refusing to charge Margarito with any crime, proves to me there was no foul done.

There are also respectable people in this sport who has knowledge of the circumstances regarding Margarito and this scandal and hold firm to the belief that Margarito is no cheater. For instant Doug Fischer.

What I call people like you who just run with what people say and do not do the due diligence to approach and discuss a subject with the most knowledge you possible can, I call Dumb Asses but since you been polite I call you just a Ignorant Sheep.

There was no bricks, only one wrap is in question so it cannot be plural. Nor was it brick-like or even resemble anything close to being a brick, it was a flimisy pad that had trace amounts of foreign ingredients that can be explained by sweat and baby powder.

Like I said, do I believe he cheater no. Do you yes.

I done my research that why I believe this, why do you believe he cheated?

      Lol.

Heres the big hole in your story.

Why didn't he appeal the ban?

Why didn't he write to right his name in the media ?

Your a big time star with a rep and your going to let it stay like that? BS. Innocent appeals the ban with the "simple" facts you just stated. No one will let it fly like that, NO ONE.

You could never convince me he didn't cheat.

Right after he gets caught he gets KTFO, beat to a bloody pulp by Pac which screws up his eye, and then gets retired by Cotto.

        THATS ULTIMATE KARMA

Precisely, I couldn't have put it better myself.

I find it particularly amusing that he was retired by the same fighter whose career he nearly ended with his illegal hand wraps.

He did try to appeal and his motion was denied, just because you dont like the outcome doesn't mean you can automatically just appeal it and try again. You have to have new evidence, been denied proper due process etc etc, the court ruled that he had his due process and no need for an appeal.

He did take to the media to clear his name, he used to come on espn to proclaim his innocence but he doesn't speak English so he didn't get much airtime but he did get alot of airtime in mexico.

He did everything he possible could have done.

Link me to where this all happened.

The ESPN sht i believe. him and his still-banned trainer were going everywhere saying of course they were innocent. But you hold a press conference to show your serious with facts and plans to appeal. You don't go around say "im innocent" You hold it down.

This guy was promoted by Bob Arum a lawyer right? Big time guy with big time money who couldve done wonders to help and did sht. Wonder why? Cause he knew his guy wasn't innocent man. You keep appealing and if you have to you make it a serious issue with the media and the state. He had the money, the supporting cast and the will if he was "innocent". You don't sit out a year and barely try to fight it. You want to post "facts" from "research" But you ignore simple common sense.

Is that why he tried to blame his trainer? He said he didn't know he had bricks in his gloves and put the blame on his trainer... Its funny because during his build up vs Cotto 2 he said he hasn't talked to his trainer since that incident which tells you what? He claims he didn't know that his trainer put the bricks in his gloves... How the hell do you not know whats in your gloves...

Funny thread. This is Sanchez vs Gomez type of butthurt and you got black America Flomos in the mix. How one man can do so much damage to a grown man's heart is just too damn hilarious.

I will have to find that link, but I remember that the courts stating the reason for denying his appeal was because no due process violation have occurred, margarito was trying to get his appeal granted under them changing the initial charge violation to another one during his trail and since there is no new evidence that was his only way to try and get an appeal granted. Needless to say it was denied. will updated when I come across the link, It was a PDF I believe of the court records.

How he should have gone about to proclaim his innocence is all subjective. I am sure him and his handlers went the route that they thought was best, is it how you or I would have done it probably not but its the way they went. This doesn't prove or disprove his innocents.
