WBC made Stiverne mandatory and Vitali has every right to defend his belt.

Vitali sat out and waited for this mandatory, if Vitali had scheduled a fight before last month he wouldn't have been forced to fight Stiverne next. He avoided a fight that would have generated 4 times the revenue of this "mandatory".

1.5 mil is a good compromise. Not like Stiverne nets that anyway. And either Klit makes so much more than that it's insane. I agree - people that are not old enough to remember the Heavyweight divison back in the 80's don't remember after every 2nd fight we had a new Heavyweight champ because it was so weak untiul Tyson cleaned it up - eg Hevyweight champs from the 1979 - 1984 John Tate/Mike Weaver/Michael Dokes/Gerrie Coetzee/Greg Page/Tony Tubbs/Trevor Berbick/Pinklon Thomas/Tim Witherspoon changing titles like no bodies business Tate/Page/Witherspoon all fat men who had no movement so please because Klitschko's dominate their divison like Holmes and Tyson give them respect he deserves - you Haye fans must remember he had his chance and what did you get - a pathetic performance - leave Vitali alone this is his mandatory he has no choice.

Whatever Klitschko offers it will be less than Stiverne will make letting it go to a purse bid. K2 will make sure they win that bid and it would make no sense to offer him more now than they would have to pay him when they win the bid.
