No fighter can fight everyone during the course of his career, although it seems like Sugar Ray Robinson sure tried.

Anyway, all that matters are fights that reasonably should happen and don't. Mayweather/Pacquiao could have been huge, now it isn't, and most likely never will be.

He did not duck any of those guys and he is not a coward. He can't fight everybody. If he took the time to fight the guys on your list he would not have been able to fight the much better fighters he did fight. Most of the guys on your list never got anywhere so what makes you think they had a chance in hell of beating a great fighter like Pacquiao. I guess you hate Pacquiao so much you will go to a ridiculous stretch like this to try and make him look bad. Valero is the only good fighter on your list and the only fighter that would have been a threat to Pacquiao at all. Pacquiao had a very good reason for not fighting Valero. HE DIED.
