Broners speed is overrated, his power is overrated, he's awfully slow on his feet. They're so desperate for him to be the new cashcow but he just got exposed today as a B level fighter.

Broner should go back to 135 or drop to 140. The way he performed against feather-fisted Paulie Malignaggi, the only 147 pounders I can see him beating are an old Shane Mosley or someone like Keith Thurman. No way will he beat Maidana, Alexander or Guerrerro and he may have trouble against stepping stones such as Victor Ortiz and Andre Berto.

          Maidana would destroy Broner.

I don't think his power at a higher weight is the issue. I think it's more his fighting style. He doesn't seem to do that well with fighters who aren't flat footed. Guys who are more mobile and know how to stick and move. Those kind of fighters I think give Broner fits because he's such a stationary attack fighter.

Broner was superclassless after the W. Even Paulie went over to say good scrap and Broner was still acting a douche. He won handily MO 8-4 but he needs to not be such a ****,....where is his management? Was Al sleeping through this whole card?

SMH Broner should've been able to KO Paulie,but...

Am I the only one that thought the post fight interview with Broner was hilarious? That **** was so over the top and extremely classless,it was great!
( I still want to see him lose though.LOL)

Broner is a self anointed fighter, he has all of the flash or "bling" if you will but nothing substantive really. This fight did nothing in my mind to enhance his credibility if he's supposed to be the "heir apparent" to Floyd Mayweather. Okay, he won, but did he win? This pathetic creature is already shopping for mansions when he should be thinking practically about his limitations. Flash and pomposity do not equal Mayweather.

Billions?!?! Dude you better be thankful for thousands.....

Overhyped. I never understood the hype for Broner. Floyd was far more advanced at the age of 23. The only thing that impressed me is his philly shell defense, but i doubt he'll ever be as great as Floyd or even greater.

Not just the hometown fighter, but the defending champ. Broner won but he didn't take the title.
