Lucas is another guy people talk up & if he does fight Floyd he going to lose & once again the excuses will start. Honestly Floyd is in the biggest no win situation I have ever seen a guy in when it comes to the sport of boxing. But I guess that comes with the territory...

"We'd Handle Him", Which Means We'd Jab, Throw Straight Rights & Run
Floyd wouldn't need to go to 140. Matthysse would come up to fight him, he has that type of courage; something Mayweather does not. He'd never fight this guy. I like when Schafer calls Canelo "Another Pacquiao", he's laying the ground work for why they will never fight Canelo, never fight Matthysse, never fight Pacquiao. Hit too hard, and too dangerous. Period. I don't care how much smaller Matthysse is than Floyd. At some point Floyd would get hit, and he'd get knocked out. Matthysse has that kind of power, and "WANT".Comment

This. Imagine if all possible fights could be resolved this way, no fights would have to happen. Mayweather v Canelo? Mayweather wins by way of imagination. Mayweather v Matthyse? Mayweather wins by way of fantasy. The best part of all, is these fights don't cost a thing and there are no surprises, yay. If boxing matches were predictable we would not watch, but thankfully there are so many unquantifiable variables that any fighter can win on any given fight(Although it doesn't mean that all fighters have 50/50 chance of winning). Our jobs as fight fans is to want fights which give both fighters the best possible shot at winning.Comment
