Of course I would under two conditions.

NO CATCHWEIGHT for this one. A lot of people don't know but Cotto demanded a catchweight of 150 first, which Margarito turned down and they ended up agreeing on a 153 lb catchweight.

And Cotto also demanded there be a rehydration clause from what I read. There should be none of that. If Cotto believes he's a true 154 lb fighter then there's no need for catch weights and rehydration clauses considering Margarito is in the same weight class.
