I have doubts this is true. I was pretty sure Cotto would be fighting Canelo. What does a fight with Bundrage do for Cotto? Bundrage has no title, he just lost and he is not a big money fight. If this fight happens I think Cotto would win easily.

You can't fight Cotto coming off of two losses. The fight would be bigger if he gets a win or two.

Why would Canelo/Cotto be acceptable now when it wasn't in May? Canelo beating Trout doesn't make this a good fight all of the sudden.
