                        RJJ by far imo.

                        He has the rap gene inside him. Even when he talks, you can see he is ALL ABOUT THE FLOW. Can't be Touched is my favorite song by him.

                                    Very few rappers or even artists in general have made 10 or more solo studio albums. Lil Wayne is one of them.
