That was sort of dum on Schaefer's behalf to compare & call Matthysse the "New Pacquiao", especially after the way Pacquiao has looked in his last few fights & after the fact that Pacquiao fights out of a southpaw stance & Matthysse out of the orthodox stance. Matthysse has the ability to make a name for himself & there's no need to compare him to any other fighter..& I'm still looking for that 8th division where Manny Pacquiao supposedly won a world title, if someone finds it, pleas let Me know..

Only reason GB talks great about Mayweather is because they do business with him but if TR and GB were still doing business, they would rather face their fighters with Pacquiao because it's more exciting for fans and would generate more money. I can watch Pacquiao fights over and over again but I've never watched a Mayweather fight again. lol No one remembers records, they only remember the fights you were in. Arum won't put Pac in with Matth yet because Matth needs 2 more fights to get bigger. Arum is notorious for not allowing his fiends to profit off him.

I salivate for this fight and I think Pac would be in a real firefight. It would be FOTY and Floyd can further kiss his scaredy a5s farther below from Pac in ATG rankings.

If Pac's chin holds against Rios, Matth wouldn't have any chance other than a puncher's chance of beating Pac.

I think the old Pac bloodies up and really puts a beating on Matthysse.

I only ever expect Marquez, a man who obsessed over how to beat Pac for 8 years, to repeat that performance.

You can't just train for 3 months and expect to beat Pac like Marquez did.

It took 8 years and 3 fights to perfect that recipe. Even then, only a master chef like JMM can cook it to perfection.
