My point is that Arum cares about bottom lines and that's it..there was no room for negotiation in the one relevant fight GBP and TR has tried to make. Arum has publicly stated he will not make a fight if you come to him with every term pre-set without giving him room to negotiate from his end. He had issues with Dibella and overlooked that because Dibella was willing to meet him half way. Arum doesn't care about risks he's not being punched in the face in the ring.

If Manny really wants it he has the power to push Arum to do it.

Lucas would have to bend over backwards and give Pac the lion's share of the purse.

It would have be something like 70-30 for it to go down with Top Rank taking most if not all of the advertising rights. Something GBP would never go for.

If Pac get's KO'd again then his bottom line will take a dive. So in order for him to overlook that possibility he will need a large enough incentive.

Arum is only feuding with GBP. He's willing to work with Dibella because he doesn't see Dibella as a threat and he doesn't consider him competition. That's the biggest reason other than advertising rights (Lou doesn't care which beer company logo is painted in the ring and on promotional posters).
