Should We Get Prepared for Mayweather vs Khan in September?

The only way I see a Floyd vs Khan fight happening is if Floyd loses to somebody and it's a comeback fight or Khan goes on a streak beating the likes of Garcia, Matthysse. Since neither of those will happen, I doubt that fight ever gets made. Floyd would receive all kinds of flack for it.Comment

I'd rather watch Floyd fight Khan than Garcia. Khan's problem is he's his own worst enemy. If he fought smarter and used his size to his advantage he would be a solid fighter. His speed and style could possibly give Floyd issues, that being said I still see Floyd winning and most likely by KO. Garcia on the other hand stands no chance, Floyd will pick him apart with ease.Comment

He'll fight Devon Alexander next....Khan is a bad style matchup.
Andat people thinking Mayweather will KO anyone else (Khan) for the rest of his career.

People make a huge deal about weight but Garcia is big for 140lb as many other JWs are, probably the same size as floyd in muscle. I rather see Mayweather vs. Garcia than Mayweather vs. A drained Canelo at 147lb. The only advantage Canelo has is size, if they fight at 147 he gets outclassed worse than the ghost. I feel Alexander matches up better with Floyd but, I think Garcia is more marketable than Alexander as far as PPV buys. Just my opinion though.Last edited by hhwff3000; 05-20-2013, 01:46 PM.Comment

Now while I agree with most of what you post, there is 1 thing structurally wrong with this particular 1. Danny Garcia cannot "go after" Floyd. It's Floyd who "goes after" whoever "He" decides to fight.Comment

I thought it was interesting that Brian Kenney mentioned his name. I cant see it being Khan or Devon. IMO its either Canelo or Cotto 2, maybe Lucas after hearing schaeffer post fight super hype.Comment
