The funniest thing about this is a few months back they threatened to have Lolexander as an opponent just to make the Guerrero fight(which was also a joke) seem half acceptable. I remember even the floms saying it would be a disgrace if it happened. You watch them all jump on it now saying its a good fight. I will be absolutely cracked up if this gets made....and it will.

If it is Alexander than to me that's a signal that Showtime has very little or no say at all in who Floyd chooses to fight.
And if that's the case shame on them.
I would be surprised that Golden Boy or Haymon wouldn't know better than to do this.
Its a Mexican holiday, Alexander is a boring fighter who is just a tad more known than Guerrero.
Fans were booing Floyd at the end of the Ghost fight and Showtime/Shaefer have been in full damage control regarding the PPV buys.
Alexander would be a horrible choice, but I think that is the play here.
