    Morales handsdown.

Pac can lose 2wice to Morales and still be successful. (he wont though)

Jose Luis Castillo lost twice to Floyd and he still doin ight.
Barrera lost twice to Junior Jones he still ight

Pac is young. Morales in trouble though.

morales is an old 29. he started young and has been in some wars.
if he looses big to pac then his career is stumbleing.
if he looses giving a good showing then he has plenty og good fight still at 135.

if pac looses nothing lost. he fights berrara then he moves back down to 126 where he belongs.

It's more of HOW bad the loss is? If it was a close competitive fight, I don't think it would harm either fighter that much in terms of reputation. But if it was a pure @ss kickin' then the burden falls on Erika, 'cause he would literally have gotten his @ss kicked 3 straight times as some have already pointed out.

i agree with most of the poster here... it will be more of a bad thing for erik than it is for manny... two straight losses: bad... one against a puncher and one against boxer: bad...

pacman, though it would be a major taint in his boxing record, could get some more matches from JMM and MAB... and barios and the other champion, i forgot...

What no one has pointed is that Pacquiao need Morales or he probably won't make the Hall of Fame. Sure, he can beat Barrera again and maybe take JMM, but without Erik, the picture is incomplete.

I also believe would lose a lot if he losses this fight. Lucky for him he already has a rematch clause in their contract in case he suffers a defeat. I don't know if that would attract more attention but I think the way he would lose in this fight would matter.

Yeah, but I guess that Pacquiao wants to be mentioned right along Flash Elorde, Luisito Espinosa, Khaosai Galaxy, and all the famous Asian boxers. Erik is the ticket to get there.

Anyway, I think that Morales will get a close UD again, although a Pacquiao victory is a strong possibility.

IMO pac is already inline with luisito or better... "lindol" had his glory days but compared to pac he has just fought better opponents... IMHO, he can still be named into the HOF even with another loss for erik... if he gets to pummel barrera and sneak out a victory over JMM, he's a shoo-in...

But if he beats all three, then he will be regarded as one of the greatest featherweight ever.
