Btw, for all of you that think wlad isn't using something are living in fantasy land. Almost all athletes use SOMETHING to gain an advantage. And if they aren't,they are at an extreme disadvantage. It doesn't make them bad people, just the way it is.

Not everyone is doing it. But since most are doing it, the strategy now is to make the extra tests work in your favor like Floyd with USADA and now the Klitschkos. And if VADA testing (CIR Test) is involved, make sure the tests are taken as late as possible like Rigondeaux did before fighting Donaire....6-7 weeks before the fight. That way "if" he was on something, he would've weened off of it and still collect the benefits.

A show of control yes, but K2 need to be firm with the Russian mobster Hrynov, or he will take control of everything around this event.

Wladimir wants German testing Agency.

2- Povetkin AGREE.

Counter Offer is this:

Povetkin will get tested by German Agency ON THE CONDITION BOTH FIGHTERS GET ADDITIONAL TESTS FROM THE US AND RUSSIAN AGENCIES.

Wladimir has yet to response and there is a good chance the fight is off because Team Klitschko do not feel comfortable taking 3 tests instead of their usual 1......

Correct, no additional testing for Wlad so shouldn't be a problem.

As long as three independent agencies are involved, this should be prevented from happening. Povetkin won't win this way.

However, Wlad will definitely want to get the KO/stoppage in Moscow with Hrynov being involved with his monster purse. Povetkin will be looking for a decision win in Russia.
