Sure, but GB can't reach the HW or Cruiserweight division. Those are solid European divisions atm. 168 is also pretty much promoter free hence there's a lot of great matchups there. There's also the lower weights. I don't know much about them honestly, but I know that GB/TR or other US promoters haven't touched them. So yes, elite fighters but only in select divisions.

But it also makes you think that if GB/TR where in Europe, that we'd have more elite European fighters? Fun to think over on that one

If that's the case, even Top rank has put out better fights this year.

Golden boy has the most talent at 140, some prospects at 135..... And then that's about it. GBP is pretty irrelevant in every other division, so I don't know how you can say it's indisputable they have the best stable.

        Say what? Silly post IMO.

All you did was just mention two good fights, lucas-ped, Canelo-trout..... Garcia - Judah was a terrible fight and matchup and so was Floyd -Guerrero. Not sure why mention those.

Since you just mentioned showtime..... HBO has had even more better fights then showtime already this year, and they're not just going to jump off the face of the earth when showtime has more fights this year, they will too.......

        Donaire-rigo, Provodnikov-Bradley, PAC-JMM, froch-Kessler, rios-alvardo, (then fights "later this year") Dawson-Stevenson, Garcia-jml, GGG-Macklin, geale-barker, JCC jr-Murray possibly, Bradley-JMM, PAC-rios >>>>>>> lucas-ped, Canelo-trout, Floyd-Guerrero....... Upcoming fights paulie-broner (lol)

So I'm not exactly sure what you're getting at? If anything you just showed showtime isn't even close to being on HBOs level yet considering 2 of the "big" fights showtime has has has been terrible, and the next upcoming one is pretty bad too.. And whatever else showtime is putting out this year, how can it be Begger then just those few fights HBO is putting out I mentioned? HBO is/has and will continue to put out exciting fights between top fighters now that they don't have GBP........ And aren't blind to one promotional company, they are truly going to have the elite/world class fights.

        Cliffs:
Looking back on HBOs fights at the end of this year will be mouth watering

          they don't need to....

that's way too much work for very little reward. they bring the best fighters to america, where they can fight the best, train and spar with the best, and make the most money. matthysse is argentinian. he doesn't even speak english.

          god bless murrica.

GBP and SHo have been beating HBO and Top Rank's behind.

You can't be serious? Quillin at 160, Mares at 122/126, Santa Cruz, Mayweather, Broner, Malignaggi, Guerrero, Berto at 147, Thurman, Cotto, Canelo, Trout, Alexander etc.

Paulie M, Guerrero and Berto...? Really?

They have talent at 154 also. Guys like Quillin as of now can't even face the top fighters in his weight class due to network dispute.

Top rank has top fighters at 122-126 as well.

Nothing you just said shows that GBP indisputably has the best "stable" in boxing

But to say they only have talent at 140 and some other contenders is straight BS. Who has the better stable at 147, or 154?

They do have a decent stable at 147 and 154 but there's other good fighters in those weight classes from other promotional companies, but..those 3 weight classes-140-147-154 they don't completely own them... The whole top 10 isn't from GBP in any of those divisions and besides a few prospects here and there in other weight classes GDB is pretty irrelevant in almost every other weight class. ....so with all that being said, all I'm saying is to say GBP is "indisputably" the best stable, is simply not true

And of their 3 "golden divisions" even at 147, one could make the argument top rank has the better stable there, no? That's not indisputable.
