I had no problem with people picking Peterson for the fight, but it was clear as day from a lot of the comments being made that a lot of people just didn't have a clue about what Matthysse really was. There's no excuse for how much some people underestimated him when the proof was there for all to see.

Also, anyone who dismissed Ajose Olusegun should have gotten a wake up call tonight. That dude was eating Matthysse's shots to the head and body for 10 rounds before he caved in.

OMFG that pissed me off the most. Calling Ajose a bum, just because Lucas mauled him. I remember those times, and I remember all those comments. It was in the Danny Garcia vs. Rios thread, and someone derailed it into a Lucas vs. Garcia thread. They were saying how Ajose wasn't a good win in the first place.

Nah man. The guys that love to say, "Hah! I told you so!" are the most vocal on this site. I have no doubts this site would've crashed if Lucas lost.
