    Pacman's dominance at 140

    In one fight he beat and became 140 champ

    And beat Bradley (unofficially and at a division above) who'd already beat down a main contender (Peterson) to the 140 thrown years ago.

    Shít, Pacman loses to PBF in a month of Sundays IMO, but you cant discard the fact Pacquaio was the last 140 lineal champ and would probably wipe the floor the Mattthysse v Garcia winner.

    I really hope it happens!

    I would class the guy that KO'd him as a 140 fighter, so no he isn't the best.

        There's no doubt that Pacquiao vs Matthysse, right now, would be about as good a fight as you could possibly imagine. That's a match-up that has ATG potential, and fight they'd be watching in 50 years.
