    My future predictions....Might suprise you....

I will be taking a hiatus, from the board for a few weeks due to college starting back up and some other deals of business to finish, However I would like to add my predictions for future fights incase im not posting much (I will be lurking)

Ike ‘Bazooka’ Quartey vs Clint McNeil-Im picking Ike on this one, big return for him with little to prove. Quartey is a big hitter who can box and has come up short on his big meetings. I think the retirement should do him good since he retired when the tank was almost full. Im going with Quartey by 4-6 round (T)KO.

Floyd Mayeweather vs Henry Bruseles-This will be the second fight out for Floyd Mayweather at the jr. welterweight division. After seeing his fight with Chop Chop, I question whether little Floyd can **** with these big boys, Floyd completely outboxed Demarcus but was stunned and got frantic and went to war. Bruseles isnt much of a household name but I would give him a chance with punching power, but it isnt something this man possesses. However is heart through training has given him some credibility training through the holidays, while Floyd is getting into MORE legal troubles when his past hasnt been resolved and bar hopping way to late in the evening or early in the morning and may be shrugging it off, but recent training footage has put that to rest as Mayweather is looking strong...My pick is with Floyd Mayweather in a boring Unanimous Decision with Bruseles winning a few close rounds but not nearly enough to razzle dazzle the judges and letting Floyd box his way to victory.

Arturo Gatti vs Jesse James Leija-Leija is the better boxer, Gatti is the brawler size and mental focus will count in this fight. Gatti has always had trouble with boxers and Leija is just that. Im expecting a war to break out and Gatti will use his sheer size advantage to push leija around the ring and punch himself to a late bloody TKO, Leija has a strong chin but if he doesnt box he will be out on the canvas before the final bell and Gatti has the size to control the fight.

Gatti by KO with a broken hand.

Kassim Ouma vs Kofi Jantuah-Very interesting fight and intriguing to the boxing public, HOW CAN THIS FIGHT BE OVERSHADOWED BY LEIJA VS GATTI!!!! DONT SLEEP ON THIS!

Jantuah is coming over a stunning 1st round ko over Rubio, Ouma is coming off a sleepy decision over philips who fought in 2001 with a fight that could be regarded as fight of the year. I think Ouma has slowed down some and will rely on his boxing ability to get him through Jantuah's punches, I am not expecting Jantuah to box I expect a brawl and will be using his power advantage over the Dream to go for a mid round ko. I think this will be a stunning fight and will leave a mark of Mayorga vs Forrest I with Jantuah's power and able to take a punch being to much for Ouma. Jantuah by Mid round KO.

Cory Spinks vs Zab Judah-This is going to be one great fight for obvious reasons from my end of the spectrum. The first fight was remarkable a true classic and very close, Spinks outboxed Judah to slide to a victory, Each fighter scoring a knockdown, Spinks won it early and Judah came on late but clowned in the end.(nothing new their) This fight I am predicting to be totally different, Judah seems ready. Their hasnt been much press as of late about Judah as he is usually the talker, instead it is Cory, while Judah is in the Gym. Cory is doing unneeded interviews and mailbags with chump boxing sites. I believe this will be the toughest fight for Spinks and expect Judah to come on early and show this boxer he isnt playing any games, with Spinks getting his groove around 4 and outboxing Judah in the mid rounds and I believe Judah will replenish in the late and final rounds to maintain his composure and steal rounds 9-12. Judah will knock spinks down within the first 4 rounds and spinks will bounce back for rounds 5-9 and then Judah will take the fight back into his hands late. As long as Judah isnt knocked down, and the judges are not favoring Spinks or from his hometown, The Jinx will be in effect on Cory. This fight will be a mental fight and poor Cory wont have enough in his magic hat to bring him to a hometown victory.

I should be back in action around the time of the Gatti fight, but if not here is my predictions and analysis....

    Take care everyone!

Mayweather has changed his style now and I dont see him in anymore boring fights. Look at his last two. They were both exciting

I'm actually looking foward to Ouma-Jantuah more than Gatti-Leija,because both guys can ****,and both are in their prime.I pick Jantuah but I wouldn't be surprised if Ouma Kayoed him late.Jantuahs biggest win was a TKO win over Current WBO Jr.Middleweight Champ Daniel Santos, but his only loss came when he was winning big and got Kayoed Late by Manuel "*******" Gomez.Oumas known to get stronger in the later rounds,so if he can get past the 8th or 9th round,I like his chances alitte more but I pick Jantuah by KO within 5.

Another fight im looking foward to is Sam Peter vs Yanqui Diaz.Any predictions on this fight? Diaz chin cant be any worse than Jeremy Williams, and I think Diaz size and power will keep Peter at bay.I say Diaz wins by KO late.

Boring or not, He shouldnt have changed it worked for him for YEARS! Why fix something that wasnt broken?

Mayweather has dropped his defense to this new "style" and will get him caught and possibly hurt by a serious champion at the 140 decision.

Mayweather should have stayed at 130 and pounded out with Morales or Pacquaio....

Although Tszyu seems to be abandoning 140 soon enough, Tszyu would BLISTER Mayweathers ass.....Mayweather vs. Gatti is a safe fight as long as Mayweather boxes though.....

I think Mayweather could have made more money at 130-135 with a lot of the top featherweights moving up.

His style is the same he just did that because people said he could not trade punches at that weight but he did. Now, he will go back to his turtle defenese and be the same old Floyd, and he will knock this kid out. He is completely outclassed.

Floyd has not dropped his defense. How do you figure that. People keep forgetting that Corely is a lefty with a crouching style. Spinks or Mitchell wouldnt be able to hit him and no right hander can. He got caught with one punch while he was swinging. People act like he got killed or something. He got caught with another punch but he was in his normal D then. It's just that when your a lefty you can still sneek it in. People are blowing that Chop fight way out of poportion. He dominated the whole fight and won everyround but just because he got stunned for the first time in his career, now people says that he has no chin. Thats bull****. Everyother top fighter has been knocked out or dropped except for Floyd. He fought N'Dou the same way and never got hit clean so how do you figure that his defense will suffer? He will dominate Zoo

Floyd will continue to be more offensive because he likes it and it makes money

Juan Diaz (26-0-0) v Billy Irwin (42-5-0) 12....Juan Diaz UD
Diaz has fought the better opposition.

Chris Smith (19-0-1) vs. David Estrada (17-1) 12...Chris Smith UD
It's a even matchup, going with Smith.

Calvin Brock (23-0-0) v Clifford Etienne (29-2-2) 10....Clifford Etienne UD. Still not impressed with Brock.

Yanqui Diaz (13-1-0) v Samuel Peter (21-0-0) 10.....Samuel Peter UD
The Gomez fight, though a good win for Diaz seems a bit of a fluke. Diaz is still a unknown quantity.

                  Scott Harrison (23-2-1) v Víctor Polo (34-4-2) 12....
                  Scott Harrison UD
Even matchup, Harrison in for a fight.

                  Arturo Gatti (38-6-0) v James Leija (47-6-2) 12.....Arturo Gatti KO 8
Gatti overwhealms Leija in the later rounds

                  Kassim Ouma (20-1-1) v Kofi Jantuah (28-1-0) 12.....Kassim Ouma ko 5
Two top fighters, i believe this is going to be a shoot-out for dominance.

For some reason i have no interest in the Mayweather fight, he could pick a more worthy opponent.
