GBP (Oscar and this idiot) are just hypocrites. Today, if one of their cash cows was to fight a good fighter who is suspected of cheating, watch how all of them will jump on drug testing.
They are trying to push that job to commissioners yet they are the ones that pick the judges, the referees etc. Why not let the commission pick those guys as well?
This just shows that GBP fighters are on PED or other powerful sheet and this buffoon here is trying to get technical.

I'm not picking on you, I like most of your posts. But look, these guys were the pioneers of the OSDT fad, remember them boasting about it? They refuse to work with the agency that does exactly what you ask for, forward the results to the commission. Instead they go with the guys who have no contacts with the commission, and funnel everything through GBP. And now he's whining about being involved? Easy solution, go with the VADA or drop the drug testing window dressing.

as long as boxing is in the drug testing business, schaefer and golden boy are in drug testing business. you can't own a thorough breed when it's race time and then say you're not responsible for its shots when the race is over. none of these greedy ass promoters want to cancel a fight when one of their fighters that are under contract with them test positive.

For a while I thought GBP led by Floyd were serious in cleaning the PEDs infected sport and cared about boxers' safety. It didn't last. They have to protect their own interests.

Imagine after spending a few million dollars promoting one particular fighter (Floyd) incoming fight only to be tested positive. What is next? There are only two choices the promoter (GBP) has to be made.

First you tell the boxing commission he tested positive on PED. Then you cancel the fight and the boxing commission or USADA ban him for 2 years in boxing. Take note in this process you will lose all your investment $$$ and the chances of getting your money back is zero because of the 2 years suspension imposed on your fighter.

Second, you make a contract with USADA not to reveal any positive results to anybody except you. Continue the fight and make a profit!

Well the GBP took the second option for Morales, Mayweather and others instead of the first option. Who can blame them anyway?

For example, Floyd and GBP apologized to Pacquaio, settled the case filed by Pac against them, paid him for the damages they caused regarding about the PED accusation without any proof, declared Pac a great champion never on PED. Why of all of the sudden they turned to submissive posture after all their relentless PED accusation? even Pac sued them, they didn't stop or scared them a bit.

These humiliating admittance they rather do it than revealing the detailed results of Floyd rumored PED positive results on 3 occasions after Pacquaio lawyers requested it to reveal from USADA.
