When Ariza, roach, and koncz all say the fight hasn't been made because of arum and we all know that these two companies do not work with each other, remember arum has issues with both of his former fighters oscar and fmj. Remember arum said he needed time to build a stadium. Lol. Arum didnt want that fight, but now that its cash out time for PAC man we might get PAC vs Broner. PAC had to sign a contract extension thru till 2014 to get this rios fight. Plus he keeps getting loans b4 his fights from arum so arum controls him. It's pretty obvious that bob Arum blocked the fight from happening. your right Floyd didn't have too ask for random testing. But he did and Pacquiao rejected the idea. Now here we are 3 years later and now Pacquiao vs Rios will have random drug testing. Pacquiao is equally responsible for the fight not happening. But with all that said, Floyd is on showtime and bob Arum has stated his fighters are fighting on HBO. So the fight isn't even a possibility any more.

Demanding extra testing, which he never demanded in his previous
fights, has nothing to do with Arum. Taking a long vacation, get cozy
with Don King then come back demanding $100 million has nothing to
do with Arum. Repeating the same crap, 'no test, no fight' for years
even though he knew it's no longer an issue has nothing to do
with Arum. Demanding 100% PPV as a last nail in the ducking coffin
has nothing to do with Arum.

Why didn't he just face him and beat him then? The difference is that floyd is super quick in bursts but Pacquiao is absolutely relentless and it is extremely hard for boxers to deal with his sheer volume, speed, power and accuracy.
