I guess if he wants it and beats Kessler.

I don't see what would change or is materially different but that would be the biggest fight at 168, so can't knock it.

I don't think Carl really fancies that again, but ofc he's obligated to say he does.

I like Froch, but he got dominated so badly in the first fight, and the fight was so lop-sided (I gave him 1 round I think), that it's hard to get excited about the prospect of a rematch.

He just doesn't have the inside game to stand a chance.
          They deserve each other IMO.

Ward vs Froch in Europe, possible PPV. That's where both fighters could maximize profits, Right? Bigger attendance potential plus Network broadcast rights

A lot of people forget how tired Ward was towards the end of that fight and Carl swept the last 3 rounds. Carl would need to start faster in the rematch.

If he beats Kessler, he's certainly done more than enough to merit a rematch, seeing as nobody else has distinguished themselves at 168 or 175. Froch won't take it anytime soon; he says himself that he only envisions him having four or five fights left. He fights Kessler, then Hopkins. If Groves wins a belt from Stieglitz or whoever, that fight would be huge domestically and he'd need to take that fight, win or lose against Hopkins. Then, if he's won all three of those fights, he may consider a fight with Ward-but Froch knows he's going to sell tickets with his style and the class of opponent he consistently goes up against.

If Froch beats Kessler. Then I would like to see Ward vs Froch rematch in the UK. Who else is there for Ward to fight?

Of course he does. Ward straight up ducked Lucian Bute and Froch handled his dirty work.

To bad Ward already cleaned out that division. No one left to fight. Time Ward went up or destroy Chavez.

Froch ran around the question after Bute so he knows he cant win that fight..anywhere.
