    the things we do ...

an earlier post brought up random situations we find ourselves in while trying to find a place to watch the fights when we're not at home. if you've had good, bad or funny moments, the community wants to know!

I go to one of my friends house during PPVs usually...

Well on like 3 occasions, something happened on the last minute...

One day he got his report card THAT day so his parents wouldn't let him order it..

The other time, he crashed his dad EXPENSIVE car like 2 hours before the ppv LOL

        Haha.

Before a Prince Naseem fight my friends mom walked downstairs and wanted the television. I would've fought her to keep the fight on but luckily she just left us alone.

I really want to go watch the fights in Public places, I know that the fight on saturday is going to be shown downtown, but I record all my fights on my dvd player so I have to stay home!

          hell yeah, especially women!

Can't you just tape the fight so we can go out.

Umm...I will tape it, while I'm watching it.

            Lewis-Tucker, Chavez-Alli, & Jackson-McCllelan I....
all on PPV the very same evening my girlfriend (now an ex) was set to make her "debut" in a play.
You wouldn't believe my anxiety....I couldn't have cared less about the Lewis fight, but I was sick about possibly missing my favorites, Chavez & Jackson, in action.
So, I pre-ordered the card....& set the VCR.

I did my best to pay attention to the play, but I couldn't help but pay more attention to my watch....
It seems like it took forever for her to get out of her costume, dressed, & get the goodbyes out of the way.

Of course, I get home....rewind the tape, get all excited.....& ****, the PPV feed never came through. Nothing.
That ***** had no clue how close she came to being ditched that evening.

I usually find a home that's ordering it, break in, kill everyone, and watch it.

I don't order PPVs ever since Lewis-Tyson. I think we all know why.

                    the tito/hopkins fight ....
san jose, ca - a friends house full of mexicans and filipinos, both of whom are ****ing with me cuz they know whats up w/ hopkins. long story short, titos getting a new one ripped, i'm ****en BLOWN because i'm witnessing it. i arrived at the house w/ this great looking peruvian girl, on our 1st date. it was mostly work people, and i had gone through a couple of them who were there at the party, and these bitches were on the prowl. well, 7th round, i'm looking to do something less depressing than watching my favorite fighter get dominated, i knew i wasn't going to get any ass from peruvian girl and from the looks of it, 2 girls whom had previously been slayed by me, mona and bianca were playful w/ me during the course of the evening. decided to drive home (drunk) drop her off, fed her some lie that i don't ever remember but it got her out of the car, into her house and me w/ enough time to race back to my boys house to find bianca and mona. after tito gets stopped, the partys over i bring back the 2 of them to my house .. i've never had a 3some mind you .. i have these 2 bitches kissing each other .. and all i can think about it tito getting ****en dominated. i went into my room and just left them outside. dudes, i kid you not. this is what boxing does. i'll die never knowing what a 3some feels like.
