A late replacement for bantamweight contender Cesar Seda Jr. (24-1, 17KOs), who returns on Saturday night as part of the Lamont Peterson-Lucas Matthysse undercard at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. Seda was initially scheduled to face Mexico's Hugo Partida, who withdrew with an injury. He will now face Miguel Tamayo (14-5-2, 12KOs), who returns from a fourth round TKO loss to Puerto Rico's McWilliams Arroyo. The fight is scheduled for eight rounds.
