    Guerrero/Marquez, Cotto/Chavez: Two fights I wanna see in 2014

Anyone prefers this match-up, I think Juan Manuel Marquez is gonna beat Timothy Bradley, while Robert Guerrero work his way back at the top, which would make a Guerrero vs Marquez fight interesting.

While I just don't see Miguel Cotto ever beating Canelo Alvarez, not at this stage that can be viewed as a mismatch, but a Cotto vs JC Chavez, Jr, a pairing Promoter Bob Arum once thought of it, at a catch weight of 157 lbs is a better alternative, especially if Freddie Roach will work in the corner of Miguel Cotto.

Not really too interested in Marquez Guerrero to be honest. Think with the limited fights he has left there's more for Marquez out there.

    Can't see Cotto-Chavez happening either.

A Cotto/Marquez fight at a 150 CW is much better than both of those fights IMO

Don't want to sound insulting but when are boxing fans going to "get it"?

Boxing is a business, I understand we would love to see a lot of fights but they have to be financial feasible.

JMM vs Guerrero isn't that bad but Bradley is a bigger name. Cotto vs Chavez Jr is an interesting fight but do you think the Cotto camp wouldn't be interested in Canelo more?

It's about making money, let's be clear on that.

          There's still time in 2014
If Cotto wants another payday, he can take Chavez Jr.
Guerrero literally offers nothing to Marquez in any way shape or form.
Even if Guerrero had that fake and phony interim belt, Marquez wouldn't be interested in it

JMM may have said he might still keep fighting after Bradley, while the hot topic nowadays and the fight fans want to see is Mayweather vs Canelo, I dont get why they are inserting Cotto's name against Canelo, wherein he already lost and got dominated by Austin Trout, pitting Cotto against other names at 154 such as Ishi Smith and Lara is as bad as it gets.

If it happens though, he'd be on a 3 fight losing streak

I am not a fan of Guerrero and I am not sure he will keep winning. I agree Marquez should beat Bradley but he might want a better paying fight than Guerrero after that. I am almost certain Cotto fights Canelo next for a big pay day. I think Canelo will KO Cotto and Cotto will retire. Chavez could never make 157 and at 160 I think he would KO Cotto.
