Testing became a non-issue in the Pacman's case eventually just right after the Mosley/Floyd fight. It was all over the internet back then and Arum started a second round of negotiation. Ross Greenburg attested to that. What did your hero do? He ran away and went on a loooooong vacation, befriended Don King and came back demanding $100 million. What a duck. Fast forward he kept saying no test no fight until he found an excuse he knew will be refused: offer zero PPV. What a.....

you didn't answer the question yet again. why are you so afarid? if you as a poster think a fighter avoiding one agency suggests cheating- what do you think of a fighter like Manny that avoids EVERY agency?

choosing a testing agency you have total in control of covering/manipulating the result and deceiving the public thru corruption is far more worse...

I didn't ask that-I asked if choosing one testing agency over the other indicates there is something to hide-what does refusing testing and not having any testing done in any fight suggest?

I know why CGarcia is afraid to answer. Maybe you can give it a try.

I never posted anything of the sort. He can use his leverage anyway he wants. He can request whatever he feels he can get. A request can't be right or wrong. It can be accepted or denied. His was denied-same way manny denied floyd's ped testing request in 09.

But that is the thing. You're arguing with people who see things as:
Manny > Boxing > Other Fighters

He is more important than the sport in their eyes so he can't be wrong by default. Whereas most other fans of boxing see the sport as greater than the individuals. It is closer to religious fanaticism than it is to fanboyism imo.

Exactly! Don't know why these Floyd worshipers are suddenly against a clean sport. They're supposed to defend Malignaggi here, not a suspected cheater like Broner. What's happening!!

fyi last 2012 Pacman already agreed to random testing but insist it should be done by VADA(announcement came AFTER Berto and Peterson caught of taking PED by VADA)and Floyd found another excuse......Perhaps floyd was ducking or afraid of being caught by VADA...Either or both might be the case...The fact that Pacman chose VADA for his supposed Fight with Floyd and now against Rios just show you his intention to level the playing field considering VADA is not shrouded with a lot of controversy/corruption.
